The Ultimate Remedy 2.1

There is a belief that no ailment is beyond remedy, be it physical, psychological, spiritual, or supernatural. The Quran is considered by many as the ultimate remedy, with Allah being the ultimate healer.

Listening to Surah Al-Rehman recited by Qari Abdul Basit without translation is recommended for individuals facing chronic illnesses like Cancer, Hepatitis, or other severe conditions. Listening to this Surah three times a day for seven consecutive days is suggested in such cases.

For those experiencing mild to moderate disorders and issues, listening to the Surah twice a day for seven consecutive days is advised. And for those seeking a more peaceful existence, listening once a day for seven days is recommended.

If paralysis is your concern, then listening to Qaseeda Burda Shareef by Qari Khushi Muhammad three times a day for seven consecutive days is advised.

Prior to starting the listening session, it's recommended to close your eyes, visualize yourself in the presence of God, and listen with utmost concentration and focus. After the recitation ends, open your eyes, take half a glass of water. Again with eyes closed, silently say "ALLAH" thrice in your heart and drink the water in three sips. Repeat this ritual each time after listening to the recitation or qaseeda.

Remember that true healing comes from the Almighty Allah. This process must be repeated for seven consecutive days; missing a day would require starting over. Healing comes from Allah alone.
